Slightly glycernal with a viscous mouthfeel. Nice value from a local producer. — 6 years ago

Super nice. Smooth with good tannins that weren't too grippy. Amazing and intense nose. Dark fruits and earth.

So darn delicious with fantastic transparency of flavor. It's not just that it tastes like pears, but it feels like pear, has than crunch, and that bitter brown skin of pear and the wonderful ripeness. Not sweet. Still refreshing. Shoutout to Anna and her husband for making badass wine, cider and spirits! #cider #perry #biodynamic #colorado — 9 years ago

Organic Tempranillo, low sulfites, no oak. Much lighter than a typical Rioja. Nice chilled. Still a little leather, black pepper, raspberry, strawberry, slate. Bright acids. From Amaro Spirits and Wines. — 5 years ago
Gin is a tough one. Cheap and store brand ones can be barely more than bad vodka. Expensive artisan ones can taste like kitchen cleaner (not that I drink kitchen cleaner). But very piney. So it’s nice to find. $15 store vodka which is decent. Made by the people who make Prairie organic vodka and gin, this one has a good dose of juniper to give it a London Dry character with other aromatic flavors. Makes a good GandT. Tried mixing with other things. Did not work with cranberry but created some interesting flavors with pomegranate, so worth some more mixology experiments. Great value. — 7 years ago
Strong juniper and cardamom on the nose and barely any scent of alcohol, very light. Palate is sweet on entry with a very floral note. The alcohol is still fairly muted. This is a feminine and well put together gin. Made in Oklahoma. — 10 years ago
