This is same vintage which I drank 2 years ago. Almost same decanting time like 1.5 hours, much different. Aroma is same, oak and black currant. Tanning is rounded more and drinkable. But 3 years or more, it would be much better. Giorgio Rivetti, owner of La Spinetta, considers Timorasso as the white Nebbiolo.
Will easily age 5-10 years.
Bright, brilliant straw gold.
Stone fruit, ripe nectarines, Acacia honey and white flowers.
Layers of flavours with tropical fruit, almonds and bergamot.
