Blue berry medium intensity red cherrie and dried rotting wood. Sage
Medium plus tannin. Mis to back palette intensity. Medium alc. very drying aftertaste some wood.dried plums in mid to back palette. I enjoy this since it has a reasonably balanced alcohol level and fruit character beyond dried fruit. Dark color is very nice. — 9 years ago

Dr. Robert Pamplin, an Oregon businessmen, purchased historic Chateau Benoit Winery in 1999. Aged in French oak for 9 months. Aromas of stone fruits, citrus and sweet spice.
