Rich, round and intense while also showing great focus and purity. Showing really excellent now with minimal reduction, great power, concentration and precision. The ripe vintage is definitely evident, but there is just enough cut to keep it all in balance. And the balance and focus becomes even more evident as it unfurls in the glass and in the decanter. Ripe stone fruits, lemon-lime, white flowers, exotic spice and a touch of honeysuckle. Mineral infused finish with great length and tension. Dancer is a true star in Burgundy and I’m glad to find it on the terrific wine list at The NoMad Hotel! — 5 years ago
