You can count on consistently solid Syrahs from Cascade Cliffs. Super fruit forward with a bit of a bite. Think this will be great with laying down for a few years. Really like it! Old world element. — 4 years ago

I love this absolutely smashing wine. Elegant, balanced and wonderfully harmonious. Melon, baked apple, pineapple with lemon drizzle cake. Buttery hazelnuts, toast and caramelised banana.
Still medium bodied and very guzzleable. — 3 years ago

Notes of straw, grass and citrus. Balanced acidity. Brought this wine home to the states from the Shire in New Zealand. Beautiful wine. — 4 years ago
Very good stuff hiding under extreme reduction - the smell of eggs and sulfur that won’t give way without a fight. Give this time and you’ll find a beautifully assembled Chablis like mix of Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. Highly acidic and weighty from some neutral oak exposure. — 5 years ago

Little bit of wheaty funk with petrol and white gummy bear / pineapple on the nose, a fun astringent and citrusy bite. — 7 months ago
