Barest hints of soft wintergreen, light eucalyptus, and menthol. Very clean and polished. — 3 years ago
Cabernet Franc from vineyards on the western shore of Seneca Lake - the largest and deepest of the Finger Lakes. 11 months in neutral French oak. Pale ruby color. Quite elegant nose with red fruit, white pepper and hints of cigar. Light-bodied on the palate with tart red fruit flavors, subtle herbal and green bell pepper notes. Fresh, crunchy, high acidity. So far, one of mu favorite reds from the Finger Lakes — 3 years ago
Sake World 2024 Had to judge given it’s the same glass throughout the tasting but this was the strongest of the three. Brash. Yaegaki Mu Junmai Daiginjo Black Label has a bit more alcohol than the blue. — a month ago
Def a food wine. Strong tanning that got milder on the second day. Cherry and rose notes with some mild licorice. Quite decent but not mu favorite langhe nebbiolo. — 3 years ago
Solid white wine. Kinda like pinto grigio — 3 years ago

Przyjemne, cytrusowe, mineralne, takie chablis piemontu — 3 months ago
Easy drinking light pinot, just as good with bone marrow as mu shu pork — a year ago
Mid acidity with some quite strong tannins on the back. Strong baked strawberry with very mild spicy notes. Quite nice overall even if maybe a bit too fruity for mu taste. — 3 years ago
Norman Gennaro
Delectable is giving two of the bottles from this producer the sane name. I think this is just Junmai and the black is Daijingo. Sake World 2024 Had to judge given it’s the same glass throughout the tasting but this is the lightest and probably the sharpest. I hate to say acidic since these glasses mess you up but it was the least favorite. — a month ago
