Wonderful gamay! Full of fruity flavour. Perfect companion for a (very) hot Moo Sadoong. — 6 years ago
Hoisin, plum on the palate with really smooth, but firm tannins. Delicious. Perfect with Chinese food, especially the moo shu pork — 7 years ago

OK, I'm giving this a 9. Light and crisp. I don't know that I'd drink this on its own, but has some pairing possibilities. I made chicken and vegetables, asian style and it was perfect. Would recommend with Chinese food: moo goo guy pan, kung pao, egg rolls. — 4 years ago

Reminds me of a smoother white Russian.

This is Cab Franc and Merlot not Sangiovese. It’s real nice. Got it in San Gusme with Moo. First to be opened for Monday dinner after reentry to life after Italy. — 6 years ago
