A nicely acidic nose of tart raspberry and ripe red fruits. The palate is equally acidic, with a slight “sour warhead” characteristic, with flavors of ripe red fruits, tart cherries, and lemon notes but with a slight funky undertone that may be a result of the natural fermentation. 90 Albariño, 5 Caino, 5 Loureiro; Rosal is a tiny appellation situated right where the Mino River empties into the Atlantic Ocean. Intensely saline, almost iodized.
