Wow everyone just loved this vintage. Full body and so smooth. Paired very well with Rib Eye steaks and new potatoes. A real treat. — 8 months ago

DeChiel Reserve Meritage Cabernet Sauvignon Blend 2018

Another enjoyable Virginia red. Ripe red fruits, with edges of sweetened oak and earth. Medium bodied, mid-palate finish. — 3 months ago

Paso Robles Meritage 2022

Balanced and smooth Merlot/Cab blend. Cherry and red berries prominent with some leather and touch of tobacco. Great for under $10 at TJs. — 6 months ago

Virginia Meritage Red Bordeaux Blend 2012

Soooo balanced and fresh - considering it was 11 full years from vintage… Fabulous wine making from an average regular vintage — 39 cs, 35 Merlot, 17 cf, 9 pv — 9 months ago

The Mariner Dry Creek Valley Meritage Cabernet Sauvignon Blend 2018

9.1

For solid, fairly-priced Bordeaux blends from Napa/Sonoma, the Mariner and BV Tapestry are my picks.
The ‘18 is ripe, dark, and juicy and lots of herbal elements. Supple tannins. Long savory finish.
Should have a good 8-10 years life ahead.

Meritage Red Bordeaux Blend 2019

One of finest vintage yrs for this estate, as evidenced by the OPULENTLY RICH PV component. Jeffersons terroir and taste of place are evident in this bottle… Think somewhere in between Paso Robles Cab and Rhône GSM. - very unique finish. Delish and a real value! $28 at Wegs — 3 years ago
