Another enjoyable Virginia red. Ripe red fruits, with edges of sweetened oak and earth. Medium bodied, mid-palate finish. — 8 months ago

2018 on 3/25/25 with homemade pizza. Very well balanced wine. Great with the pizza. — 21 days ago
One of finest vintage yrs for this estate, as evidenced by the OPULENTLY RICH PV component. Jeffersons terroir and taste of place are evident in this bottle… Think somewhere in between Paso Robles Cab and Rhône GSM. - very unique finish. Delish and a real value! $28 at Wegs — 3 years ago
Pleasant drier red with medium body fruit. — 4 months ago
Vanilla ice cream (not French vanilla) with cherry compote vibes. Rich body thanks to the petit verdot. Quite a delight for our 6th anniversary dinner! — 4 months ago
Drank it with a French guy who said it was great. Good enough for me! — 2 years ago
The nose on this was incredible from the start - cassis, baking spices, and chocolate- exactly what I was craving tonight. But the wine really needed a lot of time to open up. Luckily, it's a Friday night and I've got nowhere to be! An hour and a half after decanting, the Cab Franc that had been very pronounced upon opening the bottle had mellowed and integrated nicely with the rest of the blend. — 4 years ago

Sometimes everything goes wrong on a Friday. And then, you think you fix it, and it goes wrong again. And then it goes wrong one more time because why the fuck not. But then, you get off work, and you come home, and you open a bottle of wine like this, and you realize, work sucks and wine is awesome. — 4 days ago
