Smooth, slightly fruity, rich flavour deep red . very good caverns. Would buy again in a flash. — 9 years ago
This Chardonnay has concentrated flavors of tropical fruit, butterscotch, vanilla and ripe apple. These flavors are developed while aging in the underground caverns carved from solid rock. Only 2000 cases of this outstanding Chardonnay were produced in 2013. — 7 years ago
It's a tannic journey into god's vagina. Warm, soft and penetrates the caverns of your mouth. Truly distinct and worthy of marriage. — 9 years ago
Apricot smell, not overpoweringly sweet, pairs well with spicy food. Nice flavor — 9 years ago
Big dark chocolate initially, with mocha grinds, vanilla bean, rye toast and licorice enticing your olfactory caverns. Full-bodied, resinous and iron mouthful would be too much, except it springboards off your tongue with the tart ripe cherry rounding out the concept. This is still a black beast in a moonless night, but there is sticky red juice glistening on its fangs! Cherry pit finish. — 9 years ago

OMG... Sorry it's my first time...
Visually, this presents as a few years older with a pink to red brick rim. On the nose, the open releases red cherry... With time it mellows to black cherry... If you could elegantly bottle Ben and Jerry's Cherry Garcia it would start you on the path of creating this wine. The blanket of milk chocolate is like a King's robe. There is a vague hint of baking spices up front. Custardy throughout. Tannins are on on-guard and alert waiting ready, willing, and able to withstand the darkness of the caverns until brighter days. Probably my favorite bottle to date.
