Exala rico aroma frutado, com destaque para maçã, damasco e pêra, que encantam. Em boca é seco, vibrante, com ótima estrutura e revela notas frutadas entrelaçadas numa generosa acidez, que lhe confere frescor e complexidade. Possui final saboroso, crocante, persistente e guloso, que convida para um próximo brinde. Harmonização: Por se tratar de uma bebida jovem e alegre é ótima para compartilhar com amigos seja num “Petit Comité” ou na praia com a turma toda. Ideal para acompanhar aperitivos como lula a dorê, carpaccio de carne, quiche de queijo, frutas secas e saladas. Sirva também com risoto de pêra e gorgonzola, peito de frango e peixe grelhados.
