Light option and not too dry — 3 months ago
A Fav! Clear pale lemon color with lively bubbles and light mousse. Fresh lively fruit aromas with a bright and crisp edge. On the palate ripe stone fruit flavors with a touch of citrus and yeasty notes. Medium finish, vivid acidity with a good balance. A real bargain for $12. Pop one open tonight! — 5 months ago
Great base-level CdR from the negociant side of Chave. Floral and high toned fruit on the nose, red fruit and a bit of pepper on the finish. Some good typical spice. Decent finish. Slightly high alcohol. Probably has some upside with aging. — a month ago

Nice Syrah blend. Had with dinner at Bouchon in Napa. — 4 months ago
For $11.50 per bottle, this Cava punches way above its price. Nice bubbles, slightly sweet, no off flavors. It doesn’t compare with Champagne but it’s not really trying to be Champagne. And it is better than many other Cavas I have had. — 8 months ago
Made from Macabeu, Xarel·lo and Parellada grapes, bright pale gold color with a frothy creamy mousse, small rapid bubble flow with a steady stream. Aromas and flavors of apple and citrus with toasty notes, integrated, nice mouthfeel, elegant long finish. Great value as an exceptional alternative to French Champagne. — 2 months ago

This is simply delightful, bloody awesome actually.
Typical Napa-purity and dito density, yet laced with Bdx-like treble-notes of freshness, acidity and transparency.
Served it alongside maigret/parsnip/anise-jus, but liked it better before and after this fantastic dish.
Score might be on the conservative side… — a month ago
