Poured by the glass at La Caserne Chanzy. The NV pours a deep straw color with tiny bubbles and a persistent mousse. On the nose, baked apple, white peach, lemon curd and some brioche. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is medium. Having lower expectations for a complimentary pour, I was impressed as this is more than an easy quaffer. I mean, I guess we’re in Reims after all. Drink now without a fuss. — 10 months ago

Exciting to try the Sine Qua Non Rhône Valley blend white wine for the first time! A beautiful medium gold color. Nose - scents of tropical fruit with guava nectar nominating. Secondary notes of honey vanilla nut and florals follow. Taste - rich and oily layered wine bring out the variety flavors on the palate - mango, pear and lemon stand out with mineral limestone and white pepper following.
