Overview
Made from 100% Chenin Blanc, this Vouvray showcases the Loire Valley’s signature white grape in a fresh, casual, and fruit-driven style. Vines average 15 years of age, grown on clay-limestone soils under sustainable agriculture practices. Kept on fine lees in vats for micro-oxygenation, it develops extra texture and aromatic lift.

Aromas & Flavors
Bright, expressive notes of ripe stone fruits, yellow peach, apricot, and honey, balanced by crisp citrus zest. Subtle minerality and floral hints linger in the background, enhancing freshness.

Mouthfeel

There was no grolleau in the '21 vintage and was replaced by cab franc and pinot noir, which made for a slighly drier wine this time around. Still very enjoyable, with its lovely floral aromas and fruity notes of peach and apricot on the palate. 40% Cabernet Franc, 40% Gamay, 20% Pinot Noir. 9/21/22. — 4 years ago
