Had to capture the contrast between the cobalt blue sky and the lava lamp neon orange skin fermented wine. Reminiscent of a Jules Verne novel.
Oranges and apricots in the bouquet blend with honey bee pollen aromas.
Sips of this are sun kisses showering down from the skies as rays of refreshing , thirst quenching flavor.
Clementine surf on a spindrift of apricots cresting into a thyme undercurrent.
Despite having a considerable amount of sediment, which I allowed to diffuse into the elixir, I couldn’t detect much of the funky notes they warn you of. Just rounded out sips of pleasure and satisfaction.
Simply, simply love this. — 4 years ago

Subtle complexity. A big bold white wine with minerality and slight notes of tropical fruits. Enjoyed this in Jules Verne restaurant in the Eiffel Tower — 5 months ago
