Overwhelming notes of pepper at first, which fades after decanting to have a regular nice wine in the Gigondas area. — 3 years ago
Very nice bubbles, super big on the honey and great apple fruit. — 7 years ago

A Co-Op of growers Grand Cru Champagne did a great job on the grape sourcing. This is a crazy delicious champagne with serious pack of fruits. A Non-vintage blend of 75% Pinot Noir and 25% Chardonnay offers a burst of brioche, yet not so leesy. Abundance of sliced yellow apples inundate any palate. It has low tension and great elegance on the finish. Dry enough to pair it with food or having it alone. Bubbles are fine and after opening it can last hours without loosing the nuances. — 14 days ago
