An excellent example of white Rioja! Very powerful blend of Viura and Malvasia riojana, ages very beautifully. Rich aromas of ripe peaches, yellow apples, hay, white flowers, fennel. Very warm and lingering aftertaste with salty notes. A nice vintage to enjoy now, but could easily wait another 10 years and remain almost the same — 8 years ago

Medium ruby, medium body, dried cherries and strawberries, liking the brambly vanilla leather going on, med + tannins that could integrate with age but at 7 years they are quite nice. Especially if I was eating lechal (lamb) or patatas a la riojana. Or simply manchego or montealva.
