Pinot-Meunier grape variety. More concentrated dress than expected. Fine nose, interesting, on vegetal notes, peppery, blackcurrant-griotte. In the mouth the acidity is marked, the fruit is respected. We are on a northern red wine with very fine but salivating tannins. An alternative to Pinot-Black or gamay.

Cépage Pinot-Meunier. Robe plus concentrée que prévu (vieilles vignes?). Nez fin, intéressant, sur des notes végétales, poivrées, cassis-pomme-framboise. En bouche l’acidité est marquée, le fruit est respecté. On est sur un vin rouge septentrional avec des tanins très fins, mais salivant. Une alternative aux Pinot-Noir ou gamay. — 4 years ago
