Delicious. At first I thought Ripasso was a grape, but it’s a method from the Valpolicella region. Learned something new! Dark velvety fruits, raisins, pepper and spices. Subtle tannins. Very smooth with a rich and layered long finish, which I assume is from the “re-passing” process? What a great find for cooler weather. — 24 days ago
