100% Glera. (Basically a Prosecco Pet Nat). Hazy straw gold color due to unfiltered suspended yeast cells. Very light on the nose with faint notes of apricot, white flowers and dried citrus peel. The palate is vibrant with notes of ripe apple, peach, apricot and a light touch of citrus. Slight mineral note on the medium finish. Nice creamy texture and mousse along with well integrated bubbles. Almost “cider-like.” Excellent palate cleanser. Interesting! — 10 months ago

Matiu rive di scomigo- conegliano and valdobbiadene docg. Single vineyard (scomigo). Biologico. Brut. Pale straw coloration. On the nose, dried apricot, brioche, citrus, minerality. On the palate, apple, dried apricot, citrus, and a finish of brioche and minerals. Fine bubbles, nice crispness but soft and creamy. Purchased at winery for 16E. An immense bargain for this high quality Prosecco. — a year ago
