Shigemasu Summer Dreams Unrefined Junmai Daiginjo

Ok this is not the right stuff. The stuff I am posting is a plum wine from the same brewing company and this thing is dynamite! Normally plum wine is syrupy and honey texture with too much sweetness (perhaps I only tried those ones until now). This wine is light in texture, fragrant of young plum and green apple in the nose with lots of acidity and sourness coming out! All off this is covered with slight amount of sweetness. Just amazing! — 4 months ago

The Gummy Bear of sake; in the best sense! Really enjoyed this. Drank this along with a small can of Funaguchi Gold. Those two sakes taste like close cousins. — 5 months ago
