Welcome to the weekend! I have opened the Andre Jacquart Premier Cru Blanc de Blancs Brut Champagne. A nice way to start the weekend off right.

On the nose there are clean notes of French Vanilla, orange peel, toasted bread, and a distinct wet stone minerality.

The palate has fresh fruit Meyer Lemon, lemon zest, tart Granny Smith green apples, toasted bread, yeasty back notes, creamy mousse, and an intense limestone minerality.

The body is full with a creamy mouthfeel and a crisp clean high acidity with a fresh lasting finish. Have a beautiful and safe weekend. Nostrovia! 🍷🍷🍷 — 8 years ago
