2014 Jacoby-Mathy Kinheimer Hubertuslay Riesling Kabinett Feinherb, to be exact. (Showing the back label because the front label doesn't have the full name.)
This is both easy-drinking and very interesting. Great nose: lemon/lime pith, juice-covered peach pit, and a touch of high-toned slate minerality. Tremendous purity of appley and just-ripe peach fruit, soft texture, and enough acidity to keep it refreshing. Slightly sweet. At 9.5% alc., this bottle is going down way too quickly. — 8 years ago
