This seasonal sake is called “Jumai Ginjo Namzake” from the Harushika Sake Brewery in Nara, Japan. It is insanely smooth sake that has a subtle cherry fragrance and aftertaste without it being too sweet. It’s one of the best sake’s I’ve tasted! — 6 years ago

Fruity scents of pear and Muscat, clear vivid acid, light sweetness and smooth good balance. — 10 years ago
Tatsuriki Jingu Junmai Daiginjo This was an excellent recommendation and was served in a wine glass as well as a “normal” sale glass. I preferred the normal glass. Less nose but more on the tongue. The markup was rational but it’s steep. — 9 months ago
