Another solid vintage of this consistently good wine. Primarily Verdejo with small amounts of Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay blended in. Deep straw gold color. Aromas of green apple, citrus and white flowers. The palate features green apple, grapefruit, lychee and lemon with additional notes of fresh herbs and fennel seeds. Nice mouth cleansing finish. Ripping acidity and well balanced. Medium-plus body. Thanks for the taste, Chris B! — 7 months ago

Bitter on its own - best to let breathe. Sour cherry drop and tobacco flavor, smooth and silky, spicier when paired with a meat dish (had with ground lamb). — 5 months ago

It looks like I already had this wine, in the same vintage, a while ago. And I think I like it more this time around. The nose shows coconut, cherry, blackberry, a bit of meat juice too. The palate is wide, long and shows some matter and thickness. Blackberry and cherry all along, great and soft mouthfeel at first, before a good tannic wall, but with a certain age on it which means it's integrated and more dusty and sandy than really drying. It adds only a bit of a complex layer on top of a blackberry, cherry-forward finish with coconut notes all long. I like it better than last time. — a day ago
