A wine that reveals itself in stages. A fabulous nose of red fruit and the scent of a seasoned cast iron skillet. The creamy red fruit is an assault on your palate The wonderfully concentrated fruit is eventually joined by pepper, ash and mineral like notes. Put weight on while it was in the decanter but never lost its elegance. @Marc Goldstein Puritan was a wonderful experience with some of the best appetizers I have ever consumed, swordfish pastrami, bbq beets and beef carpaccio. — 6 years ago
