This rose sparkler, with no extra sugar, is very dry, with strawberry and some minerality from the pinot nero. Wonderful with light pasta and salmon or tuna. — 7 years ago
Tar and rose monster...needs at least 10 more years. Beautiful, intense nose with ripping tannins. — 8 years ago
Extra point for value. Approachable on opening with moderate tannins. Best after 2+ Hours of slow-ox where it opened up nicely. Garnet color with dense rose petal nose. Raspberry, currant and spice and mild graphite mineral on the palate. Smooth moderate well balanced acidity and tannins throughout a lingering finish. — 2 years ago
Big body with flavour. Subtle fruity finish — 8 years ago

Sorry but I'm just at its first glass, I have no time to write about this pleasing experience. Take my advice and try it, you'll be so thankful that I'll become your new best friend. — 9 years ago
What a delight! A light and new wave Italian drop. Enough maceration that it holds up, but still fresh enough you could have 2 bottles if you wanted to. What else would you expect from a side project from the old champ - Gianmarco — 4 years ago
