What a great surprise! This is a very tasty white wine from San Gimignano.

Dry on the palate and soft, with a nice mouthfeel.

Full-bodied with medium acidity.

Showing lemons, apples, pears, light earth, light grapefruits and herbs.

Nicely balanced and elegant.

Riserva Dei Padre Serviti 2016. Dark ruby coloration. On the nose, cherry, leather; on the palate, cherry, plum, leather, oak. Strong tannins. Finish of cherry and vanilla. The more it opened up the more balanced it became. Notes of anise and florals presented. Tannins calmed. Much more balanced, full bodied. Quite powerful. — 3 years ago
