Mellow tannins but has long finish. 8 years old and holding up. Fruit isn't as present but the acid and tannins are holding it together. Decent value for it's price in Chile. This is number two bottle I've liked from this producer. — 7 years ago

Not usually a fan of extremely old wines and the "it's still going", when in reality it was probably significantly better 10, 15 or even 20 years ago conversation. This was a bit of an exceptional bottle that did not have that Kreosotey old Pinot aroma. As you would expect this was in a full tertiary state of evolution with vine smoke, Autumn leaves, mushroom, turned earth and a beautiful core of dried red fruit, from one of the better parcels just south of G.E. This really exceeded my expectations. You really couldn't ask more of a wine at this maturity. — 9 years ago
