Pleasant and smooth with light red meat dishes Spicy food will spoil the flavours. Reminds me of fynbos early Karoo morning. Magic — 6 years ago

Laced with fynbos licorice, delicate tannins. Great mouthfeel... The accolades help present the wine. Great buy. — 10 years ago
Accompanied dinner at Majeka Kitchen; Medium ruby; medium intensity aromas of red currant, red cherry, rhubarb, blackberry, fynbos, earth; dry, high acid, medium tannins, medium alcohol, medium body, medium plus intensity flavors consistent with aromas; great with rich food, interesting, very good — 5 years ago
Miniral fynbos. Complex yet elegant. Super smooth. — 8 years ago
This is a very interesting, nice take on the grape. Definitely can tell it's a cooler-climate pinotage, and is bet the fermentation is cooler, too. Still has that smoky fynbos-y note with plenty of dark cherries and maybe some straight-up Coke. — 9 years ago
Saddle leather subtle terroir hint of fynbos pepper cardamom, smooth drinking — 6 years ago
Green figs, hints of fynbos and biscotti with a mineral backbone. A stunner of a sauvignon! — 8 years ago
