Great apple grape mixture. Interesting and delicious, nice breadiness and acidity — 5 years ago
A great, easy drinking red. A light nose with hints of cedar. Slightly sweet taste, not much tannins. Medium finish. A good wine for the price. — 5 years ago
Paired beautifully with a series of steak & sushi fusion plates at Oak Steakhouse/O-Ku Sushi in Nashville — a year ago
As good as I remembered - an elegant, complexed burgundy that pairs well with French or fusion Japanese food. Super silky, long finish. Still a lot of life left in this 2005 vintage wine (opened April 2021). Delicious! — 4 years ago
Great minerality and acid paired with tapas at a latin fusion restaurant in Miami — 2 years ago
100% Riesling from two different sites on granite soils in the village of Dambach La Ville, about halfway between Strasbourg and Colmar. Citrus (lemon) and minerals. Fresh, high acidity — 3 years ago
Very nice for the price point.
Love Albariño, am I going to the seaside, am I going Tropical, bitting lemons... ? Should we come up with a scale, like the sugar ladder on bottles of Riesling?
Slap you awake, crisp lemony acidity, some stainless, mineral in the direction of salinity but could also be a fusion of stainless and acidity, slight waxy floral.
Bright yellow synthetic cork was fun, noticeable, and investigable. Orange would be more aligned with the hues in the label, but, thats just me.
