This Pretty Flamingo Raspberry Sour is very good because it does not taste bitter at all. Instead, it has a fruity aroma with raspberry, blueberry and blackberry flavours.

Tasted blind, from magnum. Bright amber-tinged flamingo color. At first, an oxidative nose. But over the night, this showed notes of orange marmalade, rose water, quince, light honey and some caramel. Lots of energy in the glass still. This powered through the night and a last glass before departing showed this wine has a lot to give. Guessed 76 Dom Rose. — 3 years ago
