Deep ruby in color; blackberries, black plums, and tabacco smoke on the nose; medium plus acidity; high tannins; tastes like blackberry sauce, black olives, black pepper and a hint of potting soil with a long finish. Nellie and I both like it and think it paired well with Cajun Fries from Five Guys. I think it would pair well with Texas barbecue. — 2 years ago
