Even after been opened for several days, still delicious! — 7 years ago
Slightly hazy (it’s unfiltered) straw gold. Abundant nose of ripe guava and cantaloupe with a hint of must. Palate yields guava, lime rind, balsam, eucalyptus, with layers of other tart flavors wrapped in a medium body and supported by a backbone of medium acidity. Finish is medium and lush. My kind of SB! Just enough oak, fruit, and acidity with complexity that’s led by none. Roasted or sautéed poultry or a fancy white-fleshed fish (Bronzino, trout) will pair nicely as will game fowl and lighter cuts of red meats. Drink now through 2024. — 3 years ago

"Odedi"
Deep purple in color with a short purple rim.
Strong nose of black fruits and chocolate notes.
Dry and fruit forward on the palate with nice complexity and mouthfeel.
Showing black fruits with cedar, vanilla, leather, spices, earth, chocolates, tobacco, coffee, cola, licorice and peppercorn.
Long finish with round tannins and tangy cherries.
A delicious Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa Valley. Big and juicy.
Still young, but already enjoyable even by itself. Will continue to age nicely in the next 10 years.
Good right out of the bottle, and better after a few hours of airtime.
Delicious by itself as a sipping wine, and will also pair nicely with a big piece of steak.
100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes were aged in (70% new) French Oak barrels for 22 months. A small production of only 2,600 bottles.
14.8% alcohol by volume.
93 points.
