Fantastic elegance and texture. Rich but wow that acid. Needs time but just brilliant. — a month ago

Passion Pinot Noir 2021

Really fresh and youthful. Bright fruit. Sour cherry. A bit of that characteristic of Swiss & German Pinot that I don’t quite know how to describe but is different from French Pinot. Still, very nice. — 4 months ago

Malanserrebe Completer Red Blend 2016

No it’s not a red blend !!! Completer is a native Swiss white varietal, mostly grown in Graubünden, where this example is from. Light straw colour touches of green . Green apple , pear , white flowers , touch of peach perhaps , buttery note also. Quite round in the mouth , more of the pear and apple but also mineral and wet stones and a slightly honeyed note. Balancing and well judged acidity, impressive length . Very enjoyable not showing it’s alarming 14,5% alcohol . Very good — 6 years ago
