Fermented forest floor, with a lot of heat.
Wine has been decanted (like most I drink) for 3 hours.
Deep saline cured cassis, coriander, mojito mint, licorice, and touches of Croatian sour cherry preserves.
Long chains of cedar tannins and light acidity.

To me Tavel rose’ are a leg up on other rose’. This is bottled sunshine. Lots of dusty fruit predominantly jolly rancher-ish strawberry/blueberry. Compliments food. Great mouthfeel. — 5 years ago
