The mouthfeel is something else: thicker than expected, tremendous concentration. More on the mature lemon curd spectrum rather than gooseberry; has all kinds of herbal tones too, like sage. Drank solo but could imagine great accompaniment to all kinds of herb baked (or roasted) fish and chicken, or pork. — 4 years ago
