After Cendrillon performance. I’m not a big fan of champagne but I really enjoyed this. Easy to drink! — 6 years ago
2020 vintage. First vintage of rare 100% Nielluccio (Corsican name for Sangiovese) by Corbières producer Domaine de Cendrillon. Whole cluster fermentation. No added sulfites Intense perfume of wild raspberry, violets and a hint of pepper. Even at 14,5 % abv it has a certain lightness to it. Bright red fruits, crisp acidity, a nice ripe tannic bite and violets in the finish. Very good indeed. — 4 years ago
Perfectly balanced, 2003 a beautiful match with Eppoisse and Cendrillon. — 8 years ago
2016 vintage. Inédite, Corbières rouge. Another brilliant wine from this excellent estate. From a plot named "Les Amandiers" with 30 years old vines. A blend of Syrah (50%), Grenache (35%) and Mourvèdre (15%). Aged 18 months in 20 hl and 225 l French oak. Delicate extractions and low yields lead to amazingly refined, fresh and complex wine with velvety tannins and a long spicy finish. Terrific value. Highly recommended. Abv. 14,5%. — 4 years ago

Essentiell 2017
Dark & brooding with rich, brambly blackberries & blueberries with some uplifting cherry, a bit of garrigue herbs and a whiff of roast.
On the palate this has some weight with chewy, juicy tannins and rich, ripe fruit. Yet there’s bright acidity, a savoury Süd- to it and great freshness as well, despite the 14.5% alc.
Went very well with grilled aubergines & peppers with feta & harissa. — 3 years ago
