2020 vintage. First vintage of rare 100% Nielluccio (Corsican name for Sangiovese) by Corbières producer Domaine de Cendrillon. Whole cluster fermentation. No added sulfites Intense perfume of wild raspberry, violets and a hint of pepper. Even at 14,5 % abv it has a certain lightness to it. Bright red fruits, crisp acidity, a nice ripe tannic bite and violets in the finish. Very good indeed.
