Another beautiful example of all a Juracon Sec can do! Petit and Gros Manseng, deliciously balanced out for a green fruited, tart, but also Stoney wine. Light tannic feel, a fair amount of alcohol and super acidity. Tastes like a green fruit cocktail, left in the can to ferment. — 6 years ago
