Very clean and fresh with plenty of crisp apple, pear and lemon curd. Definitely drinks and tastes like a Riesling. Although I guess it’s supposed to be listed as a white wine from Germany (it’s a damn good Riesling) — 6 years ago

Great German Pinot. Bought at Amanti Vino in Morristown NJ. — 9 months ago
Creaminess, salinity, and tropical fruits merge with humid winds swaying in the palms in this bouquet.
Wonderful, graceful color.
Effervescence that’s playful enough to bring out the asian pear and mask some of the petrol notes that can come off a bit oily and unctuous. Slight pineapple.
Wonderfully chuggable. This would be great with all sorts of seafood, Asian and Indian fare. — 6 years ago

Again, this is one of the wine world's great deals, even with the tarrifs, at 10.95. It's not super complex, but it's one of the most moreish wines. The zingy acid and fruity but pretty dry finish make this so great as a cocktail or dinner wine. The 2023 is superior to the slightly flabby '22. — 7 months ago
