I love this beer. I love it. However frustratingly hard these are to find, the quality makes it all worth it. Toasted rye bread, lemon curd, and creamed corn. Oh so bitter, but somehow balanced. — 10 years ago
Great nose and the palate is classic saison with an interesting funk that reminds me of de garde beers. Lemons, coriander, watermelon, Brett, and a hint of wood. Highly recommend. — 4 years ago
Nice bitterness, a bit like an abbey dubbel crossed with an IPA. — 8 years ago

Really great. Reminds me of De La Senne or De Ranke beers. Perfect carbonation, with good amount of foam, Brett on the nose with bread, palate is definitely soft with a nice underlying bitterness and tons of funk that bring it all home. Very well balanced. Will buy again. — 3 years ago
