I really need to see if this producer is still around. This is way better than I expected. Pop and pour it was ok. A bit thin but ok but sharp on the palate and I thought alright it is what it is. Started up the BBQ and came back 30-40min later and what a transformation. Comforting and soft and with a surprising amount of weight. I really didn’t think air was going to help here but it did. Gave it a little air as I got a hint of sulphur. It’s good but I’m liking the intensity and depth of flavor on the APVin better. Little thinner, less aromatics and finish. — 5 years ago
