Очень нежный аромат пороха, вулканические почвы чувствуются сразу, но очень нежно.
Во вкусе немного мяса, сырокопченая колбаса, кислотность высокая, по характеру похоже на что-то квашеное, есть пикантность. Очень минеральное, много пороха. Кислотность цитрусовая, строгая. Вино в целом очень аскетичное, как натянутая струна. Диапазон вкуса со временем не меняется.
Вино будет питься долго, а не одним глотком.

Выпил бы бутылку один, но лучше разделить с кем-то (боюсь только с Самвелом). — 5 years ago

NV. By the glass selection to have with our first round of tapas including grilled eggplant, red peppers, and onion with a sherry vinegar dressing. Great nose and mouthfeel. Loved it. — 10 months ago

Dark amber, very dry, high acidity, light-medium bodied. Toasted almonds, bitter green olives, a little oily, saline finish. You could probably drink this with just about any food and be in a good place. — 5 years ago
