Well, well a very enjoyable Romanian Pinot Noir. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this was.
Bright in colour and an aroma of strawberries and plums. Gentle flavours with very mild tannins and a slight hint of sweetness giving a raspberry and red fruit taste.
This was a ridiculously cheap £4.99 from Aldi. Noroc! as they say in Romania. — 4 years ago
Can’t beat this wine for the price range. Perfect for parties and summer weather. — 8 years ago
Highly impressed. Would bring gasps to most blind tastings. Very well integrated, full, ripe fruits and gentle wood age. — 11 years ago
Excellent and intense nose with long beautiful legs. Aromas of plums, spice, and a slightly weird yeasty-musk. Medium bodied, strong tannins, with a lovely finish. I enjoy this wine, a very very good red blend from Romania. — 12 years ago
