Served blind and I enjoyed the expression on other people's faces. Truly, it's a hidden gem. Intense and rewarding. Baked apples, sunflower oil, toast and amber. Well balanced, it has good (e.g. high) acidity and long persistent and flavourful aftertaste. Again, it's not complex yet delicious and well made. Good choice for those who enjoy Champagne.

The nose showed hints of raw almond with young mango, peach, apple and crushed stone.  On the palate, I found a fresh and almost savory expression.  It lacked the fruit concentration of other Nascetta, but made up for it with structure, pretty inner florals, a spritz of mineral-infused lime and salinity.  The finish was long with saline-minerality and residual notes of lime.
