A Bordeaux style blend from Washington State. Dark red fruit aromas, hint of sweetness. Quite a lot of tannins. Can use more time in the bottle to soften a little bit more. Quite nice.

Cab Sauv dominant Bordeaux blend from Red Mountain. Minerally red stone fruit on the nose. Very smooth, a little funky in the back — 19 days ago
Consumed 30-Mar-2025. Dark purple red. Nose is abundant and yields blackberry and blueberry compote. Juicy medium full palate echoes the nose with ashy blackberry taking the lead. Juicy acidity. Medium minus tannins. Lingering, dark finish. An Old World feel makes this Washington GSM blend a great choice for hearty meals year round from the grill to the hearth. Rich meat and vegetable stews will shine. Drink now through 2031. — 3 months ago
Smoky Red Mountain Syrah. Silty on the nose. Blackberry/raspberry, Acidic and astringent. Might be better with longer decanting. — 19 days ago
Delicious, great balance and nice structure. Could be mistaken for a nice burgundy. Great balance of earthy and fruity notes. Would probably be better after more time. Also tried the 2022 which was good but too young — a month ago
Quite nice with Pat’s grilled steak ($23) — a year ago
