The nose was rich and complex with notes of almond paste, peach, sage, refreshing floral tones, flint, and crushed seashells.  On the palate, I found silky textures with ripe apple, peach, fresh herbs and saturating minerality.  The finish was long with a gorgeous mix of lingering green apple acidity and saline-minerality. #collisioni17 — 7 years ago
