Wow. This is incredible. Been in the cellar about 6+ years and perfectly timed crack. It looks medium bodied but it is rich and full! Completely mellowed out the tannins, rich dried fruit, caramelized berries, some pepper but less than I'd expect from a cab franc. The appassimento sweetness is there and the oak balances it all. Another wine from the winery in Niagara Canada. Ruby red with a bit of brown tint. Cherry flavor. A relatively new well maintained winery, close to the US border. Wish I had time to do tasting onsite. — 3 years ago
