Fratelli Povero

Tenuta Laramè Santa Lucrezia Cisterna d'Asti Superiore 2019

This is made from the Croatina grape. Straightforward and fun nose of spice, tingly rock dust, and winey cherries and boysenberry. Nicely balanced and concentrated in the mouth, it’s got vigorous dark fruit, a lifted mineral aspect, nice acids, and some soft tannin. A very pleasant surprise and a great value. — a month ago

Juicy and a bit hot out of a larger glass. Deeply tannic, bordering on chewy. #knowthyself — 7 years ago
